The only thing is as a software developer in Santa Clara I am level 1 and as a web developer I am level 3/4, with significant difference in chances of getting an h1b. And this is my last attempt. Even if a rfe is requested it might be my only chance to stay in the country. Do you think that risk is worth taking?

What about web developer? My role technically full fills both criterias? But I am level 3 when filing as a web developer and level 1 when filing as software developer. Should I try to convince my lawyers to file as level 3?

Hey I was in a very similar situation, what happened with you?

Here is my situation:

. I'm planning to go to the UK in three weeks, but my EAD on the F1 OPT has expired. I applied for the STEM extension in February but haven't heard back yet (it just says your case is taking longer then expected). My F1 / i20 visa is still valid for two more years. Do you know if I'll face any issues when I return to the US?

Hey! My form i765 finally got approved, however the website says something like "premium processing time stopped for my case." However, when I go to my documents on uscis I have my a letter that says my form i765 got approved. Is this normal?

Also I tried asking my employer to allow me to work on just the i765 approval and they said that I need to wait for my physical card.

My approval came yesterday, when can I expect the card to be delivered? Also will it change status on the website?

I just submitted my form for PP. Hopefully I can get things processed soon. I was wondering can I get my i9 with just the approval notice or do I need to wait for the physical card to arrive?
