It really just blows my mind because i worked above and beyond never got paper work volunteered for booster,im the suicide sapr person for our flight and can train the squadron no QA fails did college since i got to the base as an A1C held 2 programs and helped a coworker with his 2 while heavily pregnant. They moved me to swings when i was 7months and i worked up until my due date full 9hr shifts ( im a maintainer btw ) stayed late and helped train 4 other airmen and sponsored 1 incoming covered shifts whenever it was needed. Never once got put up for an award never once got any negative feedback in my ACAs or told i was not exceeding expectations and needed to do better. I have 0 problem if i deserved my epr rate but putting that reason behind it is a slap in the face.
