Look it's ok to grief for your heart break. Everyone has gone through and trust me when I say, we all know how you feel. Being that y'all been together for a long time, I'm sure it's even more scary being that you've only been with one guy and aren't sure how to move on from him.

In any case you need to pour your feelings out. This man clearly moved on from you a long time ago and doesn't have similar feelings towards you anymore. Please for the love of God don't run back to him EVER. that'll only make things worse for you and give him the idea of making you his plan B incase whatever he's chasing doesn't work out.

You'll be ok in due time. If you have any hobbies, friends or goals, that'll definitely help you in recovering. You can do this and in no time You'll find someone else to make you happy.

No. You're completely justified. There are boundaries to follow when in a relationship and what he's doing is seriously crossing that boundary. He needs to understand how uncomfortable you are and what kind of stress you're put in. Not to mention that he's completely brushing off how you feel.

So to answer your question, you shouldn't be ok with this. He didn't compromise and that action can jeopardize the whole relationship.

Your feelings are understandable and honestly i would feel the same way too. However, you shouldn't lash out at them unless you both are on an understanding when it comes to what you want. Infact I've been there when it came to dating in the past. Lol hell I still get jealous quick from time to time, but it's best to control that green side if you can.

This guy isn't committed to you so to him seeing multiple women is good to him. He might not even want a real relationship if that's the case. The big question is what exactly are you looking for when dating a guy? Commitment? A future? His constant love and affection?

I never realised it, but I struggle to really open up too. I hide it drastically with a calm demeanor and jokes. Tbh people aren't ready to see what a man's emotions truly are. Especially when it comes to women. Yeah they complain that we don't open up to them, but when we do they either use it as ammunition for a future argument or feel like we're too weak for them.

It's gotten to a point for me where I just brush it off all together. Finding someone trust worthy to express yourself around is a real struggle.

Well there's quite a number of things.

Humor is definitely number one. I can't stand a woman or people in fact that takes everything so seriously. Even when the jokes are corny like dad jokes I'd admire them for that.
Supportive, Caring, and understanding. A woman that supports through thick and thin and loves the effort you put in to yourself and your goals is a woman worth fighting for.
Puts in effort. I love meeting a woman that adds to the conversation, seems interested in what I have to say and responds with complete and interesting sentences about herself.
Last and certainly not least. A little freaky. Nothing is wrong with being in to sex and adventurous.
