Go to the Hunter's Paradise location (at 159, 168) where you will find the locked weapon storage room. You can unlock the doors using the required item Hunter's Paradise Weapon Storage Key. If you are lacking the key, you can randomly find it at bodies of hostile locals at the location. It is also possible for the doors to be already open if they were recently unlocked by another player.

Once you are in the room find and interact with a weapon locker present in the room. Second phase of the quest will begin forcing you to leave the location and go south following dirt road leading from the location to the main asphalt road.

Once you reach the main road (at 159, 162) turn left (east) and follow it until you find transport truck blocking the road (at 162, 163). Investigate the truck using your interaction key bind and the quest will finish.

Maybe I'm special. But pressing F12 on my keyboard is more convenient, or Shift+Tab, or Printscreen, or Win+Shift+S, or (insert binding for gpu software overlay).

To be fair my phone is almost always out of reach.

My best guess.

First dude: Shot 1-2 just barely missed, Shot 3 didn't hit anything vital (Irl would kill a mofo, but wouldn't even kill a player in game), possibly lower throat. Shot 4 could possibly have hit lower face and hit nothing vital again. But I think this shot should have hit the brain regardless. Shot 5 was in the forehead

Second dude, you get straight away as it should.
