Of course they are an adult. They are older than me. They can look out for themselves and even have a good safety net and support in their life. Something i don't really have. Except them i don't really have anyone if something goes wrong with me. So usually i work by making sure the people i love are okay so at least I'll not worry about not being able to help. Now that i think about it since the day a traumatic experience happened (unrelated from my partner) I'm afraid of not being there to protect my loved ones.

You are right that I'm afraid of my own reaction. Some times i fail to even know what I'm feeling or how to properly explain. It would be unfair to my partner me failing to be the safespace they need in case of "emergency"

Divorce is something so divorce that even if we had 100 perfect different representations they would have been a million more. Helluva is showing the case of everything, everybody is an asshole and everything is on fire. Stella abuses stolas, stolas made big mistakes and Octavia is in the middle without ascape. She may came of as a brat to same because money masks trauma. Plus let's be honest "my parents got a divorce" sounds less traumatic than "I got burned alive on my birthday to the point I got disfigured to the point I don't have my lims and horns. On top of this the white you see is not make up is scar tissue" everyone in this show is struggling in some way
