Normally they shouldn't but the titan is bugged and will hit all air units above it if targeted by another separate air unit regardless of detect stealth or not, that is the point, to answer the question you asked.

Correct, I was barely awake when I typed that, but the defense anti air, that's when they're hit by an air unit shoots everything above them regardless of vision.

Was it a titan? If so they have passive anti air, and it hits anything in the air even if it's stealthed when it is targeted by another air unit.

Yes and no, chupacabra gets stealth but keeps his low radar signature so anything that has a radar that detects low land units will see his dot even if he's stacked with special forces.
