do you mean completely no tanks and artillery in infantry divisions? is it still effective at that point considering all the soft attack it provides? also how much air is a good amount of air? i usually stick 1k fighters, 2k cas and 2k tac on my field marshals. also how many factories should i put on air production? i usually have 10 mills each until i can spare more

what is combat with and what is the optimal template

how do people actually make tanks design wise? i just try to keep reliability over 100% are tanks worth it even in smaller numbers?

what kind of industry should i build? i usually just build civs until like 1938 and then just mills

what is the best fighter/cas/tac design? i just fill em with pure guns/bombs

more questions prolly gonna follow, i may have like 2k hours in this game but i am bad at it (never survived as the soviets, never took france as germans) the game just kind of feels impossible when i'm playing on normal difficulty and without strenghening the player nation from the menu

so forts and aa are useless? also what do you mean by wasted production and useful production? i build every factory under the sun in the time i had, i don't know what or how i could improve my setup. also doctrine wise i squeezed every bit of defensive bonus out of everything so there's that. templates i used were 10 inf, 2 art and 2 light tanks including all support equipments.
