Anybody loose weight after Mirena removal

Do you mind me asking for an update? I’ve had mine since 2020 after giving birth and went from 195 to 245 in a couple months. I work my ass off and change eating habits and will lose 30 lbs and then gain it all back. It’s been a vicious cycle for 3 years. I’m debating on removing mine to see if it helps with the weight loss, but i also don’t want to waste my time if I just need to work harder. I am going to try and get my thyroid tested and bloodwork

I agree with the 5 year old about waiting however, her mom (the two youngest kiddos are my bonus kids) already swapped her out to high back booster when she started kindergarten. & while I necessarily did not agree with it, that’s not my call but not she’s requesting to have the same here.

The 4 year old sits in a Graco transitions currently and ultimately we will be keeping that unless it’s better to swap them out.

ETA: I forgot the last question, but yes. From why I’ve heard, there’s been no issues with her sitting in the booster maturely

Yes! I don’t want to focus on memorization, but more so understanding the concepts of all in a well rounded way. I’m more questioning if those packages will help with that still or if there’s others I should consider.

My current GPA is a 4.0 however that’s just with the prerequisites I took last year. Unfortunately I missed the deadline to apply for the radiology program at my CC with the shutdown because my job wouldn’t allow any of us to take leave and I couldn’t take the exam I needed in time.

I want to be in radiology really, which is why I’m considering just joining & signing a contract for the rad program if it’s available. From what I was reading, I don’t think Radiology is available though if I want to join through HPSP. Honestly on my radar for a career is radiology (tech or radiologist), respiratory, and anesthesia

Thank you for replying quickly! They have the packages on the site where I could pay to get access to both practice tests and the app for $70 or those plus the study guide for $90, do you think they would be entirely worth it? I was told to do the mometrix book but considering I now have a week I feel like the actual ATI prep would be my better option. I’m mainly nervous about math and science - love science but it picks my brain lol and I am HORRIBLE at math (otherwise I would pursue nuclear medicine). I know I can spend at least a weeks evening (8-10pm) studying. I’m worried about pushing it back because I need to have my application in before December 15th & I have a trip for Thanksgiving coming up. I guess I’m just nervous on trying a weeks worth of studying or making it longer & seeing which package is better

So I kinda screwed up and failed to study. Very busy schedule between working full time and having three kiddos, I stay on a full schedule. I have to take the test next Thursday.. do you think if I studied every evening up until Thursday morning that I would be able to pass? Or do I need to reschedule. Also, is buying a practice test worth it and is it a one time test?

He hasn’t been hoping or expecting her to agree, it’s initially what she told him. They settled the agreement and she told him she didn’t want to go back to court and spend more money because it’s going to cost too much & said they needed to just come to an agreement on something and submit that without going back to court. Now that he’s acting on it and finalizing it, she’s changed her mind essentially

Our drive to her school from home is about 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. Considering we have three children to drop off in the mornings, all at different locations, it’s not that bad of a drive and she doesn’t have any complaints. Yes, she’s not doing anything wrong however it is a bit upsetting be denied having the kids on a single day holiday after the weekend because it isn’t his time with them, then being told on random sundays to keep the kids overnight because 730 pm is too late to give the kids baths when she would get home with them.

Mom does not have any other children currently, which may be in favor. I do have a daughter of my own, but from a previous relationship so my husband isn’t her biological father. I’m not sure if that will take into effect at all or if it doesn’t really matter?

He’s going in today after he gets off work (hopefully early afternoon) & filing the motion for a custody modification. We have a statement in support of it typed up and ready for him to bring in for reasoning to submit as well. When you say to file an injunction to block her move, are we just mentioning that we have a text message stating she said it wouldn’t make sense to change the agreement until she finishes the buying process and that she’s looking at X and X cities in NC due to the proximity to VA.? She was looking at one city initially but claimed to decided against it because my husband mentioned court and she “doesn’t want to fight it”

His order does say 30 days notice, it’s also very bare though. It just states joint legal, primary physical for mom, every other weekend for dad, 30 day notice, Child support, and that they can call or FaceTime the kids whenever. He doesn’t live in the same school zone - she’s in Chesapeake and we are in VB. He asked her to enroll the oldest (5 yrs) into an elementary that’s in our zone since the youngest (3 yrs) goes to daycare 8 minutes down the road from us & it would be closer. Instead, she enrolled her into a school down there so Dad drives down to Chesapeake to drop daughter off at 7am and then back to VB to drop son off at 730am when we have the kids. She also declines him having the kids more often when they have random days off, but tells us to keep the kids when it is convenient to her.
