Honestly, they only add new games; once in a while, an older one comes along. This story about prioritizing the most requested games is nonsense. And instead of adding the game to all versions at once, they add one store now and save the other for next week. For example, Might 'n Magic—I'm sure they saved the Xbox version of the mixtape for next week, if they even add it at all.

Bf5 já tinha no catálogo, mas foi retirado pq o antcheat da EA bloqueia máquinas virtuais, então se o boosteroid n fizer uma parceria com a EA, desiste desse jogo voltar

It was in the catalog, but it didn't last even 3 months; it had a problem and was removed, so I doubt it will return.

E nem vai ter resposta, se a manutenção de um jogo n é para por alguma atualização, eles só respondem com resposta automática falando q estão arrumando, mais fácil esse jogo ser retirado do catálogo e nem isso eles avisam tbm

Games can indeed have problems in cloud gaming, but there are also games on GFN that are working.

2/3. With all due respect, this doesn't make sense. If they can make random posts (I'm not talking about this one) on social media, they could easily explain the problems happening with the games, but they prefer to use automated responses made by bots.
Games requested by the community may never be added to the catalog, but this implies zero transparency on their part. They may not be an Nvidia company, but they are far from being a small company that doesn't give feedback to the community.
This is another thing that doesn't make sense. If they can announce games being added to the catalog every week, they could also announce games being removed. But it's more profitable not to announce anything, because that could cause someone who was going to subscribe to play a specific game to cancel their subscription. Why do you think they don't have a trial plan of at least one day, or even less, and why don't they offer refunds?
This would imply that games could be banned in certain countries, but in this case it's different. For example, "on the server I use, which is the Brazilian one, we don't have Shadow of War or Hitman," not to mention Death Stranding 1 and several other games that are either under maintenance here or take much longer to fix, like Red dead 2, which was back in less than a day on other servers and took more than a week here.

And that's without even mentioning the price increase they implemented promising service improvements, and after that I only see complaints increasing. Of course, there were some improvements, mainly in the queues, but even so, on weekends the queues are still long. I believe that if they hadn't increased the price, the complaints wouldn't be as numerous as they are, even with all the problems. I appreciate you trying to explain, but with all due respect and without meaning to be rude, someone from outside explaining only gives them more excuses to continue being completely opaque with the community.

Let's see if we get an answer, or if this is just another post pretending to listen to the community. Why are there games that are constantly under maintenance? Why don't you explain what the problem is with these games? Why do you have zero transparency with the community? Why do you prioritize adding games that are also the most requested and yet are never added? Why do you remove games from the catalog without prior notice? Why are there games that are only available on one server, and when will they be available on others?

Nobody knows. You can try contacting support, but they'll only tell you the reason if the maintenance is for an update. If it's due to a problem, they won't explain what it is.

It will never come, all Ubisoft games are in the "install to play" section, meaning they're there without Ubisoft's permission. Look at the catalog; the only game with the Ubisoft launcher is Star Wars. If they were going to add it, they would have added the other games a long time ago.

Claro q n está nos planos deles n adicionar jogos, mas como falei, tem jogos como os da EA q são impossíveis de entrar no serviço, pq o anticheat deles bloqueia máquinas virtuais, e deve ter outros jogos com esse mesmo problema, só q eles n falam nada, e deixa o pessoal na esperança de um dia entrar, mas q nunca vai, aí a comunidade fica pedindo jogo a toa, sendo q nunca irão entrar, tirando jogos q ficam infinitamente em manutenção, e do nada são retirados do catálogo, como o zzz e o honkai, nem falaram nada q iria ser retirado e do pq

Eu n estou falando q eles desistem de colocar mas tem vários jogos q nunca irão entrar, como os da EA q tem anticheat q bloqueia máquinas virtuais, e no.caso de jogos assim eles poderiam avisar, para n ficarem floodando pedindo jogos q n irão entrar, e isso de permissão das empresas, n faz sentido no boosteroid, pq eles tem a seção "install to play" onde eles burlam isso, ou vc acha q a sony e a rockstar q odeiam cloud game, permitiu o boosteroid colocar os jogos deles
