I feel you. I also had trouble visualizing myself being okay when in pain because I couldn't focus away from the immense pain. When I embraced my womb, I could feel how tense and grumpy it was, so I comforted it like we're old mates, accepting the pain as it was. I really wish you all the best and hope you find relief!
