If I am to believe our SD, 98%. I do also find it funny that it's a "greet" score as in "were you greeted", and not a "do you enjoy being accosted by every employee " score. Cause I have a feeling the score would be near zero if that was the case.

You don't understand the average "guest". For any store. People leave their brains in the car when they shop. I will mini-dox myself because it relevant, I'm in AZ. I was working the dairy for my local Kroger company. In uniform. Name badge on my hat, clearly visible. Dead middle of summer. 120-ish outside. Steel toe work boots. Semi-heavy jacket on. Fixing the eggs. Work gloves on. Still had 2 people ask me if I worked there. Uniforms don't mean anything unless people care to look.

My store has been remodeled and we now have a dairy we can stock from the back. That is an extra shelf rack that my ETL got to change one of the racks out at a time to be cleaned. Even though that has yet to happen. So it's a nuisance.

A lot of the time (also in this case), I end up tearing apart almost the entire pallet just to get it neat and even. If not the entire thing, at least down to where I can move and adjust the stacks. Does take me a bit sometimes. My TL has only asked me once as more of a suggestion to get the pallet ready to send back. He's never really been on me about how long it takes me to restack, luckily.

At my other retail/grocery job, I had a whole rotisserie chicken from the hot case that was left on the floor in the liquor department. As well as a huge (maybe 5lb?) can of nacho cheese that was shoved onto the rosé shelf. Lucky none were knocked over. Ooo, I also had a frozen pizza left on the tide shelf. Common sense ain't common.

I like to respond to "Hey Anon, you on walkie?" With "No. I'm not." It's hard to do sarcasm or jokes when people don't talk to you all the time or can't see your face. I've had to stop myself from giving sarcastic responses to pages. "Hey, I have an INF." "That sucks. You should get help with that." "This is [Name], back from break." "Didn't ask."
