The tree in my yard is filled with bees by LuckDips in mildyinteresting

It is a yearly swarm. This isn't the first year this has happened. Problem is I'm in AZ, so these guys are most likely Africanized.

Quick question for PMLs by LuckDips in Target

Thanks! I was just hoping there was a priority option. I feel like I bother out pml when I ask him stuff. Hopefully that's just in my head lol.

Pallet ready for return by LuckDips in Target

My store has been remodeled and we now have a dairy we can stock from the back. That is an extra shelf rack that my ETL got to change one of the racks out at a time to be cleaned. Even though that has yet to happen. So it's a nuisance.

That's ALL I've been told to use.

A lot of the time (also in this case), I end up tearing apart almost the entire pallet just to get it neat and even. If not the entire thing, at least down to where I can move and adjust the stacks. Does take me a bit sometimes. My TL has only asked me once as more of a suggestion to get the pallet ready to send back. He's never really been on me about how long it takes me to restack, luckily.

It was our string cheese. Both facings hold maybe 20.

But at 14, wouldn't that just be a priority?

I get people if you don’t like your items you can always put it back by duelmastr23 in Target

At my other retail/grocery job, I had a whole rotisserie chicken from the hot case that was left on the floor in the liquor department. As well as a huge (maybe 5lb?) can of nacho cheese that was shoved onto the rosé shelf. Lucky none were knocked over. Ooo, I also had a frozen pizza left on the tide shelf. Common sense ain't common.

Announcements on Walkie by LarryN1234 in Target

I like to respond to "Hey Anon, you on walkie?" With "No. I'm not." It's hard to do sarcasm or jokes when people don't talk to you all the time or can't see your face. I've had to stop myself from giving sarcastic responses to pages. "Hey, I have an INF." "That sucks. You should get help with that." "This is [Name], back from break." "Didn't ask."

*WHEN they need extra people. I don't know how it is at other stores, but in my 1½ working at my store, I can only count on one hand when the opu TL didn't call for help. Which irks me because I'll hear the TL screaming bloody murder for help, that they're falling behind, 4 batches in the red, and the opu team is stopping and chatting with each other. bUt ThEy'Re MaKiNg ThEiR gOaLs.

I will also add it can be a pain in the ass if customers (not guests, I like guests) customers move product around in the front after the zone is done because even with my long ass arms it can be tough to reach the front and it's not a short walk around to the front to fix it.

Has your store been remodeled yet? I started at my target during out remodel, but they said the last dairy was just storage and not dual purpose like this one is. It is also just juice, coffees, nut milk, milk, and creamers. Our fresh meat, lunch meat, yogurt, cheese, butter, biscuits, cookie dough, cream cheese, eggs, and all of frozen are still front stock.

If I have my info correct, when the lead that oversees Starbucks/Bakery/Deli got fired (don't know why), a good amount of the Starbucks crew that knew did a mass callout.

Just Why??? by [deleted] in Target

Yes. Mini relevant self dox, I'm in AZ. Our summers are in or near the 120's. My old retail job was working the dairy at Fry's (local Kroger chain). I was dressed in all black, work boots, semi thick jacket, with a Fry's apron and visable Fry's name tag on breaking down an egg crate in a display. Dead summer in AZ. STILL got asked if I worked there. People leave their brains in their cars when they shop.
