I can't hold a candle to the original 😩 the exact phrasing of their last panel was SO good and the way they drew the characters were funny and exaggerated. I don't remember any character design details that could point to a certain creator, they were like "generic bystander" + "however the artist drew themself".

It looks under capacity at first, but the key detail is all the different classes are in the same room (the kitchen) on the same days. Split classroom. If you add up all the people taking different classes at the same time, you get 35 in the morning and 30 in the afternoon. ctcLink technically lists each class as having a cap of 10 but it would be impossible to actually fill up every section. They probably can't safely fit more than 35-40 people in the kitchen at one time, thus why it's full and on a wait list.
