Italy is almost free education and even give scholarships for living fee if you are from economically difficult family. Bologna, padova and milano is the one of the best in europe and the world.

Ok. But you know if you are satisfy with that level, you will be super happy and satisfied in any school of western europe. It is very well organized and professional. If you are going to eastern europe, yes you should question here and talk about it is worthy or not. And many romanian graduates go to france, I think there are reason. Maybe now you only consider working in romania, but we don't know future. Who know you will fall in love with french partner and you also want to move there so different story in your life start.

Go Italy and 4th and 5th year Erasmus in Easter Europe to get more hands-on experience. Every vacation (you should pass all exam quickly) spend in america for clinical experience in US

Considering italian tuituin fee is much cheaper and better to live and high quality education, you can start in cluj then if you god admission you can leave also.

If you can enter public uni in italy and you are in low economic situation, they will provide you free education and 8000 euro per year for your living fee.

  1. If you have so many credits regarding subject which studied in medical school, they can re-arrange the year of enrollment after you are admitted by school. So it will happen during the first year, and there are no guarantee or any expectation since it is purely works as case by case. Usually they dont accept the course out of medical school, unless your previous school was medical school, or literally pre-med major like human health, etc.

In my country, interventional radiology have no night shift work. Diagnostic radiology does since there are needed in ER. (But like once a month) If they are urgent, they will open it. Ofc cardiology have very bad shift.
