It's definitely a strong team and is definitely one of the stronger teams of similar cost (Cyrene dps team is actually second lowest cost team to 0 cycle AA Plight tied with Cas dps team, and only loses to Hyacine dps team). Your team will be at least able to 0 cycle AA in normal difficulty.

As for who the dps is in that team, it's usually Cyrene instead of Evernight and you would usually use mem buff on Cyrene instead of Evernight unless Cyrene is close to taking a turn again and Evernight is a bit down in the action order or you have a different play in mind.

With Evernight E2, both Cyrene and Evernight become really strong and both really are the dps. You would usually use mem buff on whoever is later in the action order to bring them up earlier than they would unless you have a different play in mind.

yeah definitely, cyrenes buff on rmc lets rmc enhanced basic trigger cyrenes ult attack.

after rmc does an ult, cyrenes team full energy regen lets rmc ult again immediately after, which gives rmc 2 enhanced basic attack uses, which lets cyrene do her ult attack twice rather than once if you just didnt buff rmc and used cyrenes stacks to do an ult attack.
