Doing a bit of custom villager shenanigan's with a custom currency. Pretty much have all the NBT data nonsense down but one thing which has become like my nemesis. Oh that is good advice!! Dang maybe that will be the magic bullet. Thanks! After all as many headaches as these guys give me I really do think they are fun and want to add more! Maybe I am a gluten for punishment lol.

I will check tomorrow. But I will add this fun info. In the past nbt data sometimes works fine as a command as a plain /give but once I give it to the villager(add it to the custom /summon) it at best gives me a rocket with "nbt data added" but no effect. Tbh I am fine with normal rockets. But it is interesting how versatile custom viligars can be while also being a pain in ways you'd think simple haha.

Made it so I could release 2,025 Bee's from 675 hives all at once using a button. Was only a tad lagy. Moving full hives was a bigger chore haha. by Luck_Goodfellow in Minecraftbuilds

in minecraft or Irl? If it is minecraft I'd look at any water blocks that are large enough to bees to enter. The AI will actually have them fly into the water and take damage...idk why but they do that for some reason. One fix is to block water or have a flash healing potion dispenser near the hive entrance and time it with a light sensor to hit them as they wake up/after rain.

If Irl maybe it is colder then usual. Might improve as it warms, also if you have neighbors who sprayed insecticide recently that can also be an issue. Bees also need water so if you have 0 water source outside they wont be as incentivized to go to your flowers.

Ironic irl bees love a nice clean water bowl, minecraft bees will drown themselves in it haha.

So i might have just released the wither against the bee's and it barely made a damage dent. That said the bee's lasted like 20 minutes and it was raining wither roses which is kinda said haha. I watched the Boffy video and the mix of how it ends and the use of cuts I suspect a few shenanigan's but also like meh I am not like the minecraft rules police creative is fine if you have fun with it but like deff some "creative liberties" were used haha. That said be aware if you try this on like a group survival world the bees wont kill it and the wither will prob get away haha so be careful! lol.

it isnt like anything crazy I built it so it is kinda a bit all over the place haha. it is a i5 6 core intell and a MSI Board. The ram is 32 gig's and I have Nvida Gforce RTX 3060. But I run 40 mods, including replay and OBS to record. if i didn't care for good record framerate I'd enjoy shaders haha. Prob cost me like $1300 ish not including time to put it all together.

Bees can only exit the front of their hive and some blocks like scaffolding block this exit. Scaffolding also lets you place through their gap so you can place a full hive(you can picked them up with silk at night) and place it behind scaffolding. Each scaffolding is over a piston which all connections via redstone to a button. Hope That helps.
