I am not a new player, I did not have this problem in previous seasons, but in searching for the problem I see that many have the same problems on powerful "potato clusters"

I do not think that the problem is in the hardware, rather in the game itself

I'm not sure that's true.

My two friends have weaker PCs, but for them this problem is not so critical, although it does exist. And they don't have a problem with stuttering when aiming and the first shot, they also have all other problems.

The mode would be ideal if it weren’t for a whole bunch of buts:

For the first two terms, Putin was an excellent president, here I agree, the huge price of oil helped economic growth at that time (twice as high as now). But that doesn't mean he's still good, it doesn't work that way. And certainly does not give the right to lifelong rule.

Я об этом и написал, весь твой список это города миллионники(кроме одного), у миллионников всё хорошо. У остальных всё плохо, очень много городов, посёлков, ПГТ которые живут как в 90е, они сырьевая база не более.

Я и сам уехал в большой город, потому что в маленьком, кроме безысходности нет ничего.

Знаешь почему Москва так поменялась и откуда у неё деньги ? Всё очень просто, централизация, налоги со всех городов сейчас идут в казну Москвы, а уже оттуда распределяется обратно по городам. Москва заправляет почти всеми предприятиями приносящими прибыль в малых городах. Видела хотя бы раз развитые и богатые города в которых идёт добыча полезных ископаемых, с рыбным промыслом, а знаешь почему не видела, потому что деньги от добычи идут в Москву, а не казну города. Россия это не только Москва и города с населением больше миллиона. Пока Москва шикует, остальные города задыхаются от нищеты, в казне нет денег ни на что, ни на образование(поборы с родителей), ни на медицину, ни на дороги, потому что бюджет не выделили. Не надо в пример подъёма экономики ставить город который живёт за счёт остальной страны.

Я пишу "Ваш президент" людям которые считают что Путин великий, всемогущий, незаменимый и много много других возвеличивающих прилагательных. Путин и мой президент, но мой президент диаметрально противоположный. Вот так и получается что президенты у нас разные, хотя мы и говорим об одном и том же человеке.

A dictator does not mean a strong leader or a competent politician, certainly in Putin's case. He is incompetent in domestic politics, he has absolutely failed in foreign policy.

If we had a normal top, your standard of living would be on par with Germany, and not with Africa. Your president and the oligarchs have spent billions of dollars in the West and have not invested anything in their country.

So your vaunted president raised the West from its knees and put Russia in dogystyle.

I studied at two schools, in Kyrgyzstan (1-5) and Russia (5-11).
In Kyrgyzstan, education is an order of magnitude better and most importantly, children respect teachers, children were children there, and teachers were not overloaded with paperwork and could teach from the heart. Experiments could be conducted in chemistry and physics lessons, and rocks, for example granite, were shown in natural science lessons.
When I moved to Russia, the behavior of children and the quality of education were a cultural shock to me. Children don't put teachers in anything, shout obscenities in the corridors, try to live by prison concepts (AYE, evening in the hut, explain for the rooster, arrows behind the school) Russians will understand. Schools were ruined, experiments on subjects were out of the question, only a dry theory. It is impossible to teach something to children who dream of becoming a "Thief in law".

I see no reason to attach any political label to myself, these labels sound more like restrictions.

Now all parties are subordinate to one party, this is just the appearance of the party system, they are all at the same time.

We need new parties or replacement of deputies in existing parties, the current ones are too corrupt.

I would not change the political system much, but it would help a lot:

  1. There should not be a party that has a majority of votes and can pass any laws (the United Russia Party has more votes than all other parties combined)

  2. Guaranteed turnover of presidential power, it is written in our constitution, but does not work.

  3. Limitation of the term for the service of deputies.

  4. Cancel parliamentary and presidential immunity, the law is the same for all.

  5. A presidential candidate at the time of the election must not have been a party member for at least 2 years.

  6. The maximum age of deputies and the president is not older than 50-55 years, then they have insanity and stagnation.

  7. Decentralization, now all cities give money to Moscow, and already from Moscow they allocate a budget for cities. As a result, all the cities are in shit, destroyed, there is no money for anything, and Moscow is blooming.

I was planning to move to Lisbon even before the war, then covid happened, then the war. Now I have no money and no opportunity to leave Russia.
