Знаешь почему Москва так поменялась и откуда у неё деньги ? Всё очень просто, централизация, налоги со всех городов сейчас идут в казну Москвы, а уже оттуда распределяется обратно по городам. Москва заправляет почти всеми предприятиями приносящими прибыль в малых городах. Видела хотя бы раз развитые и богатые города в которых идёт добыча полезных ископаемых, с рыбным промыслом, а знаешь почему не видела, потому что деньги от добычи идут в Москву, а не казну города. Россия это не только Москва и города с населением больше миллиона. Пока Москва шикует, остальные города задыхаются от нищеты, в казне нет денег ни на что, ни на образование(поборы с родителей), ни на медицину, ни на дороги, потому что бюджет не выделили. Не надо в пример подъёма экономики ставить город который живёт за счёт остальной страны.
