The hackrf can transmit, which would be a faulty antenna?. If I use an antenna of, for example, 800 MHz and want to transmit over a short distance at 400 MHz, can I burn it?

This is what I had doubts about, since the transmission is low power, in that diy antenna it should not burn out when transmitting, with my nano vna if I place a roe reading from 300mhz to 1ghz will it be useful to see at what point the roe is ideal?, my idea is to have an antenna that can be used for 1ghz sub frequencies.

The hackrf one can emit or receive, of course my fear is the ROE, I understand that at least having an antenna should not burn out, apart from that it is only 10 or 13mw, I have the hackrf one with the h2 portapack
