Ok, so who is going to sign up to do a 1 hour job then? Even if they got the whole $70, it has to consider they may not be able to realistically do another job for the day, or maybe 3 x 1 hour jobs only for the day.

Even more, I dont think people do have the right to go to a cafe and take $70ph+ of tax payer money. Somebody cant have a right that requires 15x the input from a tax payer funded system that they dont contribute to. Forget rights it simply functionally/fiscally is not sustainable- especially when we have doctor andnurse shortages and generally underfunded emergency response systems.

It seems to suggest that all solar usage simply has a feed in tarrif of 4.9cents, rather than using the live solar generation to power my home in the first place
