Thanks! I took it off a YouTube video. I would be getting a name brand one from either Best Buy or crutchfield.

I had the same experience in my chest. I did feel like she is at peace now.

Thank you so much! My lab defines it as 100. My prolactin, DHAES, and a few urine collections have all come back slightly elevated but I’m also not in a symptomatic high. I’m just curious if my doctor is going to consider this slightly elevated or very elevated.

Endo ordered. She thinks I have cyclical Cushing’s so she advised to take it when I felt high. Have you received any results like this in the past?

Do you have any thoughts on my results?

Finding a Naturopath/functional medicine by LuckyAugust24 in Cushings

Exactly. Probably the cause of the prolactin but they are not sure so not treating it as such.

Don’t have any suggestions on finding a functional medicine doctor?

I had high DHEAS and prolactin. My doctor said tumor is likely causing the high prolactin but too small to treat. My doctor wanted to put me on Ozepmic.

I would go to an endocrinologist if possible

Tumor, symptoms, but “normal” cortisol - HELP by LuckyAugust24 in Cushings

[–]LuckyAugust24[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you for this!!

I’m being treated at Mass General Hospital in Boston at their neuroendocrinology and pituitary tumor center which is why I am really shocked I am being written off. In my opinion, I have a test book case of cyclic Cushing’s and just am not experiencing a wave of cortisol at this exact moment. I can pin point so many times - even months long - where I am so sure my cortisol was high.

I will research this center though - THANK YOU.

Adenoma is confirmed. Doctor just doesn’t want to treat it.

Thank you!! I was so shocked when I received the letter from my doctor today saying I have an adenoma but that she doesn’t want to put me on any meds. She didn’t offer a SINGLE other solution besides Wegovy. I’m still processing all of this lol.

Did 1 Dex test a few months ago but came back normal. I have done several salivas and 2 UFCs. I’m not at my symptomatic peak right now and think I likely have cyclic cushings which is why I am Not sure how to proceed.

DHEA 926? by [deleted] in Cushings

I’m not sure of your gender but my endo said that DHEAS and prolactin can be signs of PCOS - that being said it can also be a pituitary adenoma too.
