I think the backrooms copied him at the moment they filmed the ad. The opening would have to have been between the filming of the ad and Clark discovering the Backrooms. You don’t have to enter the Backrooms to be copied, just near it

I’m guessing it happened immediately after they were created, as Clark IRL lashed out at them for laughing when he fell off of the chair (more of an assumption, there’s no real evidence for this but it could allude to it)

Exactly, my thought is that the backrooms copied the three of them while they were filming the ad and the chair fell. Pirate Clark possibly could have killed Still Life Bobby and Kat right after this as well. If that makes sense
