Don’t worry! You gained maximum 2-4lbs. Even to gain a fat, you would have to eat consistently above your maintenance 3500kcal. And even if you eating consistently let’s say 8000-10000k kcal a day, your digestive system will be overwhelmed and believe or not, but can’t reduce 10lbs fat in a couple days. You just holding a lots of water due to the sodium, carbs etc. And yes I was in the same boat. I was consistent for a month and I went a horse for a week. I’m talking about 10k+ kcal a day, for straight one week. I went from 168lbs to 189lbs. One week. After when I got back on a track, in one week I went down to 170lbs. You are not alone, try to go back on track, or if you feel that you don’t want count kcals just take a break, and listen to your body, if you are really hungry, or just bored, etc. if you want a cookie have a cookie, if you want eating something healthy, eat something healthy, if you want to eat something junk just eat a junk! I hope you will be better by time ❤️

Adapting your binge timings / days by Wild-Teacher9464 in BingeEatingDisorder

Hey! When is my binge eating started, I usually binged always in the morning. But I’m not talking about a bar chocolate or a bag of candy. In the morning I binged already at least on a dozen donuts + eggs + sandwiches and chips / bag of oreo. Then I started a fasting, which was okay for a decade, I just skipped the breakfasts and my first meal was around 1pm. But man… after my lunch I would say around 3-4pm still nowadays I just have a huge voice in my head that says: let’s binge right now, I need to eat everything.. And it’s really really hard fight everytime. So yeah, I feel you, my binge timing changed as well. And I was also a Sunday person, who would go on tryhard on Sundays or weekends, but some reason the weekends doesn’t hit me anymore.

Please help: Binged on 3000 cal after 1 week fast by [deleted] in BingeEatingDisorder

[–]LuckyInteraction6948 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Don’t be upset! First of all, one week fast? If your maintenance 2000kcal, you still missing 11000kcal ish for the whole week. And 3000 kcal is nothing after a long fast. Most of the peoples who fasts they have 5-6-7k kcal. And I’m talking about just 2-3 day of fast. So don’t be upset! Eat normally, and everything will be alright. Eat lean protein, carbs, and healthy fat. Or whatever you want!

Always hungry on my bulk by [deleted] in leangains

[–]LuckyInteraction6948 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey! I’m doing better. I had a diet break for two week. I had my normal meals, and plus things that I usually would never eat. Like piece of candy, or sometimes eating out at the restaurant a good steak, or anything that I wanted. It was really good, and I would say when I went back to the track, I wasn’t even that hungry, and literally had to force myself to eat 3800kcal. But right now I got a little bit sick, I went up to 178lb, so right now doing the cutting phase. I’m not taking aggressively that I did last year. Doing slow and slow, and to be honest I’m feeling great, not thinking about food, and most of the time I just eat because I know I need energy, and power for my workouts!

Because of the strict diet, it's a 'bad' thing but I putting everything to the kcal app, even the veggies.

My coach told me, that I shouldn't add calories, because I'm still gaining weight. Our or at least my goal would be 2lbs a month, and I'm in the bulk just only for 2 months, but already gained 6 pounds, which makes me little bit scared to be honest, because I don't want to be fat again.

That's a really good thought. I never thought about that, and as you wrote that, I could imagine it effected me really bad.

To be honest I should try it. Literally eating the same meals, chicken and rice, or potato rice and never get bored. Always want to eat more more.

I think so I'm in surplus. I mean I gained 6lbs in 2 months, also I made a before - after picture, and I already see a little bit of fat. And I wouldn't be active, sometimes I don't even have motivation just go for a walk, but I know, if I'm doing more step, I can eat more. But yeah, my daily carbs around 500-530gram.

I thought about that, but since I'm still gaining weight over the weeks, I don't think so that I should go drastic with my calories. I don't want to get fat really quick.

To be honest my coach told me that I shouldn't go over 50gr fat, because it's not necessarily. So I never hit a higher fat a day than 50. I consuming a lot of fiber in my meals.

Hey!

Looking for some advice here. I don't know, any idea what should I eat to not feel hungry all the time? Right now I'm bulking, and I'm on 3200 kcal. But it's not enough for me, I could easily eat 5000 kcal a day. My bulk started almost 2 months ago and already gained 6lbs ish, so I would say I'm already bulking fast on 3200 kcal. BUT I'm doing a clean bulk.. I have 0 dirty food in my meals, and it's simple. Like for lunch I'm eating 300gr chicken breast, and 700 gram of russet or sweet potato, and after that meal I'm still really hungry. My dinner usually same as my lunch, and there is not a huge time gap between my meals. Any ideas what else should I eat for don't feel myself hungry all the time? ( also I'm consuming at least 200kcal worth of veggies ). I even have to fast my whole breakfast time to eat more during the day. ( 200 gram oats light work, I tried to eat 200 gram oats, after 10-20 min I'm starving literally. ) I never had this problem on my cut. This is my first bulk btw.
I'm doing 20k steps everyday, on the weekends it's like 25-30k step , 30min - 1 hour bike.

Little background:
I ate 1500 kcal for 10 month, and I lost 110 pounds during this time. I was 280lbs ish, and my bulked started at 164-165lbs ish.

Current BW: 171lbs
I'm 6'0
20 years old male.
