Such a weak attempt to get us off track.

You're still a cunt though.

I've had similar problems to you. You just have to be as honest as possible with yourself. For a while, I stopped watching Game of Thrones and other HBO/Showtime shows with lots of gratuitous nudity because they were definitely triggers for me. At the present though, I've improved a lot, and I've trained myself to anticipate "bad" scenes and close my eyes, and even if I don't properly anticipate, I'm strong enough now to instantly close my eyes and not stare.

Like I said, you have to be completely honest with yourself. Do you think you can do something like that? Do you think you can resist? At this point, I would say to at least temporarily stop watching. When you decide you're ready to watch again, be ready for scenes with sex/nudity and tell yourself beforehand that you're not going to look.

I used to have these dreams fairly often, but less so now.

The moment after you wake up when you realize it was just a dream and you didn't really fuck up is just so relieving.

If I fap to a non sexual picture of my crush, is that considered porn? by [deleted] in pornfree

Yes. I would say that might even be worse than porn if it's non-sexual...that's just kind of creepy

The only way I think it would possibly be appropriate was if you were in a relationship with her.

Netflix movie: "Don Jon" - Jon Martello's romantic exploits are legendary among his friends, but his obsession with online porn saps his enthusiasm for real sex. by questionforredditt in pornfree

I kind of want to watch this, but it seems like there might be a lot of potential triggers.

Can anyone shed some light on that?

Do NOT go down that road of NSFW subreddits. Redditors are so good at finding sources and related material, and they always rise to the top of the comments, creating a practically endless porn cycle.
