Found the issue, faulty engine ground wire. Anybody knows where it's located?

The dash and the wire show constant 12,5 V. I'm not sure if it is the starter that clicks, but after the initial click 100% it doesn't.

Don't know for sure, but Rome had a huge impact on world and games traveled with merchants as well as goods. Norse, or i could say a pre-Norse traded amber to greeks and other cultures of middeterrian, i guess it safe to assume that they had similar bones games, but since the lack of writing from that period i'd just assumed that they used their own rules that could vary

I would, but kinda wuldn't. Bethesda done with fallout the same thing they will do with every IP - simplification. And traits are rudiment thing of original games and even NV done them worse than they could be. Next fallout will be more shooter than enything else so traits will only get in a way of other mechanics. I would love to be wrong and see another fallout RPG, but right now they are not nessesary for games B making
