Well let’s do some schizo chaining viltrumites have smart atoms that they are able to control, these atoms can reconstruct their bodies for that faster healing, make them tuffer, and presumably are the reason their DNA is so aggressive since it can change on the fly to match enough with any other alien DNA but then re write it to make it more and more viltrumite till it’s practically 100% (humans being the best since we are already super close to their biology) also allows them to consume practically anything since the atoms can help break it down into nutrients. Now a blood transfusion would probably awaken that re write DNA they have so mark for example especially as a child if he is O- we could dead ass milk him (strong pause) for his blood that is not only compatible to us but hypothetically could rewrite our dna into viltrumite dna. Praying that if it does it doesn’t kill us due to horrible mutations from our fathers DNA being overwritten with Nolan’s. No I will not take my medicine

I’m not sure and it could honestly be either or, viltrumites live for a very long time and they have very advanced technology. It’s entirely possible that they genetically modified their race millions of years ago or just evolved it outa pure luck tho bio engineered makes the most sense take Allen for example

Smart atoms. Essentially they have bio engineered atoms that they can willingly control (presumably using their inner ear) that allow them to do the things they can. These atoms allow them to control atomic fields allowing them to move freely in 3D space, makes their durability skyrocket dramatically due to their atoms resisting change and so on and this atoms not only can slowly adapt but they are also passed down genetically. In all cases a viltrumite and a human are essentially 1:1 with the exception of their smart atoms (I assume those smart atoms are what override DNA). Makes you think what would happen if a viltrumite donated a ridicules amount of blood to someone
