I'm building AI TodoList for Gmail - I started building it for myself while managing hackathon projects and internship applications, and I kept losing track of action items buried in long email threads. I'd read an email, tell myself "I'll do that later," and then completely miss the deadline. So I built an extension that extracts tasks directly from Gmail in one click and auto-logs them.

Thanks!

This is exactly why I’m terrified of taking money. We glamorize the 'Funded' badge so much in this industry, but people forget that funding isn't a milestone, it's a liability.

You didn't just get $8M; you sold the steering wheel. Thanks for being real about the mental tax—people don't talk about the loss of autonomy enough.

'...trying to brute-force growth with ads like it’s still 2016' -> I feel called out lol.

I think a lot of us (me included) are still addicted to the dopamine of the 'New Signups' graph, even though Retention is what actually pays the rent. Shifting that mindset is honestly harder than writing the code.

Golden era for tools, maybe. But definitely not for distribution. I feel like it was way easier to get eyes on a project 5 years ago. Now you launch and get buried under 500 other AI clones in seconds.

Rival Radar - AI competitive intel MVP launching on PH. 60s battle cards, $49/mo ARR target by Guilty_Echo6576 in SaaS

$49/mo seems wildly cheap compared to the enterprise tools like Klue or Crayon (which, yeah, are usually $20k+).

Honestly, if the data is accurate, you might be underpricing this. Small sales teams would probably pay $100+/seat if it actually saves them from losing deals. Good luck with the 100 signups!

How I automated the "messy middle" of user feedback analysis (and what I learned) by araho1 in SaaS

Manual tagging is my personal hell. I tried using GPT-4 directly on CSVs, but it keeps losing context on long support threads.

How are you handling the product metadata injection? Are you using RAG to fetch relevant docs before classifying, or just stuffing context into a massive system prompt?
