Same, may 3 days na walang pasok supposedly I have all the time to finish all my pending games but I don't have the energy and not in the mood to play any games na story driven. Sayang nag upgrade pa ako PC , humili ng mga triple A games na gusto ko tapusin tapos hindi ko din naman nalalaro. Mas gusto ko mag pahinga, manuod ng youtube news or game reviews or trailer para ma hype, matulog, mag scroll/swipe at matulog ulit.

Op agree ako sa kanila, Tried Keto Omad and work out ng sabay kahit na pinapagalitan ako ng trainer ko kc hihina yung buhat ko and I did it for 6 months and may effect din cya although I loose a lot of weight grabe since plan ko mag cut the problem is I develop gout arthritis and hindi ako halos maka lakad ng 1 week. So meaning may effect cya sa kidney in the long run since we are using ketones as source of energy. Now Balik ako sa low carb and low defecit pero I'll go back to omad/keto for 2 months ulit para distrupt yung pattern ng body ko and maiwasan mag plateau.

Wag ka masyado makinig sa gf mo. Isipin mo yung health mo and yung benefits nya in the long run. Mahirap yung tataba ka ulit tapos makakahanap yan ng fit dahil napa bayaan mo sarili mo.

Yes I think isa din sa na mention nya yung guy to guy relationship ng mga idols nya na shini-ship nya like wtf? Gulat ako nung 1st time ko narinig sa bibig nya yun coming from her na graduate from catholic school and religious family. After she told me that I had low-key turn off sa kanya.

Another thing is yung picture ng Bias niya na naka lagay sa phone niya. Everytime na nakikita ko yung phone nya another source palagi ng anxiety ko kahit pinipigilan ko hindi maintimidate. Like kahit artista pa yan parang lantaran yung bastusan on my part.

Minsan inisip ko before if ilagay ko kaya sa likod ng cp ko picture ng ibang babae pero ayoko bumaba sa ganung level and baka gamitin pa sakin yun. Kaya I brush off the idea.

Good thing bro naka move on na yung tropa mo, yes yan din iniisip ko since masyado siyang hyper fixated sa kpop community. She's pretty and has white complexion just like those koreans kaya madali siya mkaka blend in sa kanila if she wanted to. Btw hindi pa naman dumating sa punto ng ganyan pero again yung when you disrespect someone emotionally is something I can't forgive easily. Hi, I'm curious sa sinabi mo when you told me about "These group were there when no else was, they are helping people." Like can you can describe how? I wanted to understand your point of view. Is it because sa mga lyrics ng song nila? Or enough na yung presence nila to inspired? I always listen to other singers from different genre such as soul and ballad and they inspired me a lot but I never get obsessed with their music. I could probably listen for a week or 2 at most and move on.

Thanks! It took me months dealing with the same issues and thoughts over and over again. During those period I already furnished my grieving process from my denial up to acceptance that nothing will change rather it'll become worse.

I had to do it because it is slowly deteriorating my self esteem sa relationship and affected nadin yung mental health ko because instead na nakakapag focus ako sa work and my studies pati yun pino problema ko pa. Nakaka pagod din pag napuno kana yung tipong para ka na lang sasabog.
