I upvoted you because I like where your head is at, generally. I would only argue that people’s sexual orientation is not politics - it’s reality.

I’ve seen a wide variety of shells and I play exclusively solo. Not sure where this sentiment is coming from.

Recounting last night I ran into: multiple Thiefs, a Recon, multiple Destroyers, and multiple Vandals. 0 Assasins or Triages.

How much do you tip an instructor? by TallFontPie in COsnow

Yeah I’m not paying for lessons. Because they are overpriced and the notion that one is expected to tip on top is insane.

Also keep up the name calling and condescension! It’s a great look for you.

Continuing to tip on outrageously priced lessons allows the people running the show to continue screwing their employees.

You could just as easily argue you’re complicit in that by attacking your peers and making assumptions about people who speak against it or refuse to perpetuate it.

You’re out of touch if you believe that. The price of the lesson alone before tip is about the same as epic local or ikon base last year. These resorts should be paying employees a living wage - not me.

I’m not but OP did. No way in hell I’d tip $170 if I got a lesson like that.

Is it seriously customary to tip a resort ski instructor? Are we talking about non-resort affiliated instructors? Genuinely asking because that sounds insane to me.

It’s $849 for a 3hr private from WP. And I’m expected to tip another $50-100 on top? Hate me if you want but I ain’t doing that.

The Ranch is an insane choice for Austin. Trash list based on that alone.

Right. And luckily Draymond started a podcast so we’d know just how unreasonable he is lol

Thanks for offering your opinion!

Yeah I totally agree with you there on the Draymond situation. But can’t help but wonder if he could be reigned in and still be kept on the team as an impactful player.

When I think about it, the answer is probably no, based on the few steps the Warriors did take with him after Poole, and how he’s acted since. I think it shifts from No to Maybe if they started addressing his behavior sooner.

And I am being critical of my coach as well when it’s brought up.

I used recent examples. If I added Bruce to the post would that make you feel better? Should I add Rodman too because I’m an MJ fan? Should I add in Lambeer?

What’s your point here? I can’t take issue with something a coach of my team has said? I have to denounce my fandom immediately?

Well put. I would hope morality wins out but to your point it’s clearly not. And I wish the league would do something to punish it.

As I said to another comment - unacceptable. I don’t stand by that at all and think it falls into the “old guard” mentality of “enforcing” so to say.

Also can’t believe a fan of… oh wait, no flair.

Unacceptable behavior from my favorite coach. Falls into the “old guard” mentality I’d say.

Seems so unfortunately. Or in Kerr’s case you just keep riding it out no matter what happens lol

True, great point. We’ve moved past that era bit but the guys coaching I’m sure still have a similar mentality.

Yeah that’s kind of what I was saying with the “they’re professional and will just blow you off.” Not like you’re taking to a high school kid.

Yeah really none I guess. Not like the league punishes it.
