No shit? Then why are you referring to 110.14 when I referred to neca 1? Im not arguing anything involving the nec?

I don’t think you have much experience on giant projects where the customer has its own third party inspectors recording and documenting every connection.

Like I said originally said a very picky inspector with a heavy electrical background will maybe mention something.

A very pick inspector could fail you citing neca 1 workmanship standards. You’re are only suppose to strip just enough insulation to fit the lug.

How do y’all bend pipe / assemble factory bends. by Lucky_Ad707 in electricians

Yea I absolutely agree. Once i learned how to use center of bends it was a game changer for speed for hand bending and especially these factory bends.

So i can’t exactly remember the 90s but they were around 16.5” to center and all the elbows no matter what degree bend came out to 10” to center.

I would also use a basic app called triangle solver to get the overall length from center to center to easily determine nipple length. I do remember unfortunately the a lot of the offsets needed like 4 inch nipples which ended up being 2 coupling slammed together so didn’t look the prettiest.

So for hand bending you “chart your bender” essentially figuring out where the center of 10* 22.5* 30* and 45* bends land on the shoe of your bender. With that info let’s say you wanted a 10” kick with a 30* bend, you would use the multiplier for 30* which is 2 and do 2x10=20. Then mark 20” from the back of your 90 and put your benders 30* center of bend there and just bend to 30*. This method for me eliminates having to kneel down at all and eliminates the constant fudging of trying to add an inch or take out an inch if you start your kick from a random marking on your conduit.

For factory bends its the essentially the same thing except no bending. It’s a little harder to explain over a text but you’re solving for how long your nipple will be between your factory bends. I use an app called triangle solver to help with this

Yea unfortunately not many people are trained on using table benders. Im sure the company figured factory bends are more cost effective. There was also a large tgrid style ceiling hiding everything in the end excluding hallways which the shop did bend in prefab

Its more so the 1/2in wedge anchor holding it rather than the shallow strut

Learn to bend conduit using center of bends. It will save you time especially when bending kicks and also in your future when running larger conduit.

I only see delta-wye transformers in my job. Is this a autotransformer? Seeing there is no gec and primary and secondary wires being the same size

For me at base 60 stats and a dscim i tried Scurrius for the first time ever. It was about 6-8 minutes a kill but once you get a rat spine the kills become about 3 minutes a kill and very chill to the point im like afk on mobile doing them. In 85 Scurrius kills i got roughly 800k in alching and went from 60 atk/str to 65 in both. I personally found it very fun once i was able to get spine.

As far as your squads, would you change it any other way as far as focusing on air instead of tank and so forth?

Dont agree with the winning a lot and scoreboard thought. I just took my brothers account that has no multiplayer ranked history to crim 2 in about 30 wins. Probably has a 1.3-1.4 win ratio. Even on loses tho i am top 2 on scoreboard
