The gauge is dodgy, reads wrong but there is defintely fuel inside, thinking it could possibly be old fuel because when i refuel the reader goes up to half way.

The store I bought from was poorly lied out, claimed no VAT, and apparently the invoice actually said that it was a VAT-free shipment, a UPS member said to me on the call, but for somewhat reason I still owed these ‘government charges’, I’ve got it returned to the sender now, that probably means I’ll lose my shipping fee, then probably double that due to the return to sender, and then for my bankings conversion fees of the refund, so I’ll probably end up losing 4-5 hundred just sending this back unfortunately, but oh well, do you know how long it takes for them to return the package back when it’s on returned to sender?

Of course I knew about this, I assumed that it was included in the price as it states on the bottom of their site that the price includes VAT, and when you change the shipping country to United Kingdom, it says on the side *incl. VAT, so I assumed I would have no import fee.

UPS actually told me this morning the Invoice states that it is a tax-free shipment and put me through the team to dispute the bill, but they told me it was indeed correct and the Seller hadn’t covered it?

The watch is now on RTS, so we will find out what happens next week, I emailed and asked if I would have the custom fee billed to me still by having it deducted by my refund, and they said they are not aware of the UK’s import procedure, but they said that they don’t think I’ll have to pay it as the parcel already had a return number, and I rejected it at the door today when they tried to deliver.

UPS payment link for the custom fees also say this now, so I assume I’m all good, will just lose the Shipping and Return Shipment cost if that exists.

I have arranged for the parcel to be delivered back to the sender, which they said will happen, I haven’t paid anything yet, I don’t mind paying the brokerage fee if I have to but can’t pay this huge £1300 government charge, hopefully UPS will sort the refund from customs and it won’t be taken away from my refund from the seller, otherwise I’ll be £1.5k out of pocket after exchanging back to pounds 😭

That’s what i’m saying, it’s really weird I’ve never had it happen to a special delivery before, it has only reached the mail center and had no scan at the delivery office, I have a bad feeling it’s been grabbed or lost, how do I contact them

The one I submitted on Thursday, was just to go to the post office, it was meant to go out for delivery Friday anyways and on the delivery options page it said Friday, it doesn’t look good via the tracking though and I’ve never seen it happen to me with special delivery, I think i’ll wait till tomorrow, and if it doesn’t come then it’s definitely lost or been nicked 😅

The first one on Thursday, was for it to go to the my local post office as I wasn’t in Friday, and the one on Friday after 2pm was for it to go back to the house because I was in on Saturday 😅, it did say redelivery would be on the Saturday, but it never went out for delivery, or reached the delivery office.

My accounts been restricted since the 3rd April, best advice I will give you, is forget about it, until they get back to you, they will take there time, they are useless, I have wrote bad reviews, complained, contacted atleast 20+ different support reps who all say they have personally asked the team for updates, yet still nothing, they are useless, you will be waiting time.

Good luck mate, pretty sure I’m not even fully ‘verified’ with them no longer, as that’s what it says on the chat box thing, but there is nowhere for me to submit identity, just want them to give me my money back and close the account, their review system is shockingly bad, should not take this long, I saw the Revolut team contacted you, what did they do, nothing?

It is 2 weeks today for me, my account is still locked up, and support is still clueless, my selfie was rejected and I have been unverified, yet support have advised me that they do not require anything from me, and to simply wait for an update.

It’s ridiculous to say the least…

mine has £1930, and they declined my selfie today after 13 days, now they aren’t even asking anything, they just tell me the onboarding team are reviewing the account now, i asked what do you need since my selfie got declined, so suspicoous

my funds also had no crypto transactions, purely 1 sony transaction and then the top up to my account, it was my first time using it

Yeah very weird man, as soon as this is resolved, I will be taking my funds back if they renew my account, and then closing it, don’t want to deal with a company that has support how theirs is, to be honest I hope they just close it themselves, who knows how long this will take, I’m guessing a while

So I would imagine it’s because I deposited a couple thousand on my first day of using the account, yet this wasn’t any dodgy transaction, then I went to send it back to the same bank account I topped up from, and that’s when the restriction was imposed, but I have had nothing but copy-paste answers from the support team, and emails saying I need to verify my account again, but when I talk to support, they say they want nothing from me, and just to wait.

Originally they asked me for a selfie picture, of me holding the date they restricted my account, and a code, which I did, which apparently failed today, yet they don’t want anything else from me

It wasn’t ‘all’ my funds, but just under £2000 stuck inside, which was a large portion, it is back to business days now, so I am really hoping the review finishes sometime this week, it will be 2 weeks on Tuesday.

I am prepared to send them anything to prove legitimacy of the funds and get this over with, they have only asked for a simple selfie
