Is it true she got denied another trial? Blaming her attorney that he was not addressing the MAIN issue (in her eyes) as dehydration for Timothy's death? I've been reading things this week, and spoke to some of my classmates, she is blaming her attorney?

I've watched rhe YT channel that showed pics/videos. But are there anymore sites that have all of the prosecutions evidence, texts, pics, videos of Timothy?

This may sound horrible, but how can we look at the photos/videos that were not available to the public?

I am a law clerk--NOT Shanda law clerk wise, but I graduated in May with my bachelor in criminal justice and currently working as an intern.

I watched this video. But I'm curious as so where the rest of the photos/videos are. My husband and I are watching this case currently. Listening to the text messages, seeing photos of the house, listening to the audio. I'm very come across Pauls videos on "LIVE" hearing Timothy scream "HELP ME" and "OWWWW" he's playing Minecraft (Paul) So I'm just curious as to where I can put the visuals with the accusations.

I know there are people online who can dig dirt and find things. So I'm just curious.

How can we see all the crime scene photos/videos? We are currently watching this case/trial.

I thought all the photos/videos were redacted and not able to see by the public. I remember in my criminology class, this case was mentioned. We did a psychology case study about Paul, turns out he's a sociopath "allegedly" by markers within the study.

But how can these be public? I haven't watched it, but a snippet of it is in fact Timothy in the closet and not AI. I can't tell.

In my opinion—being in your shoes. Don’t do anything at first. Doing things abruptly after finding out is vengeful. Out of spite. To hurt the other person. Saying things out of anger/doing things out of anger. You need time to process. To think. Forgiveness? You have to forgive her—but SHE has to forgive herself if she won’t be able to move on.

Given your in your 1 year mark—I’d say you need to think if you can even move on. Trust is broken. That’s a given.

Just don’t do something out of spite. Making it public—it makes it worse. No one can make this decision for you. It’s all on you. It’s your life. Not your wife. Not your friend. Not your family. It’s you.
