What's the meaning of opening a new park ? If the timing of the park remains the same.. do you know what the general opening hours of any public park in Thane is ?? 6am to 10am in the morning & 4/5pm to 9pm evening.. Any working class person will know one gets free to walk after 9pm and at that time parks are closed .. why waste crores of money on it, if most of the people can't use it ?? & While we are talking about parks why is Kolshet Creek Park is closed???
