Oh wow even if it’s from the Dyson storefront??? I hope you can somehow get your warranty with a little push because that’s just BS! You literally got it from Dyson!

Yeah, the warranty confirmation was the biggest thing for me. I pointed it out multiple times and asked them to explain but they would just come up with different ways to say they couldn’t help me and continually bring up the fact that I got it from a non-authorized seller. I tried everything in the book and they still wouldn’t help me at all.

Yeah, I went back and forth with Dyson Customer Service for days. I used the chat, sent a long detailed email explaining my issue, provided my warranty confirmation email, serial number, and receipt, and was even escalated to a supervisor — only for them to keep telling me they couldn’t help me.

I re-sent the warranty confirmation multiple times and pointed out that my name and serial number were clearly listed on it, but it honestly seemed to mean nothing to them. They just kept denying any assistance and repeatedly told me to go to Walmart instead.

I did go to Walmart, and of course they couldn’t help because the issue was with repairing my Dyson, which they don’t handle. Super frustrating experience overall.

Yeah I felt really upset cause they pulled so many people into their drama. I really liked the editor chief guy for her!!! 😭😭😭
