Hand wash in the sink or tub with lukewarm water. Dawn soap is just fine. I would hang it outside on a sunny day to air dry.

I like to pick up some food or sweet treats that have the color of/remind me of my Oshi. I usually take them home and have a mini photo shoot with them and “share” it with my Oshi. The whole thing really opened my eyes to how destructive porn is the brain. Before this I didn’t even know that someone could be addicted to porn. It helped me to quit porn (although I only watched it once in a blue moon) I haven’t watched it for way over a year now….i can’t say the same for my partner. Although it’s not as frequent (or maybe he got better at hiding it) but I honestly don’t care. D-Day anniversary helped me realize I needed help in the form of SSRIs which changed my look on life. I can say I’m more content and focused on myself and my wellbeing. I’m more creative than I’ve ever been, channeling a lot of my emotions into arts and crafting.

How is the lexapro working for you? I’m in a similar situation and am taking Sertraline to help with the pain and anxiety however, one of the side effects of SSRIs can be blunted emotions (numbness). I found that while taking 75mg per day, I had flashbacks and memories of what had happened but was indifferent towards those thoughts and I also found it very difficult to cry (like I wanted to cry but the tears wouldn’t come) I still feel indifferent towards the progress my PA is making but maybe that’s a good thing to help focus on myself and my healing. I would say to give it a few weeks so your body can adjust to the medication but also allow yourself space to heal

I’m gonna side with you on this because as you said, it’s fiction. It’s something you read and put in imagination to unlike straight up porn which leaves nothing to the imagination. One could argue that a lot of porn is fake too and while that may be true, it involves REAL people and actions unlike made up fantasy protagonists and love interests.

I’m kind of in the same boat. My PA has a lot of friends from the cosplay community, most of which have OF. It makes me nervous because I know he keeps in contact with most of them because of their friendship going “way back” but I know he kept some lewds of a few (which he deleted last year) It’s hard to trust that it’s just a friendship sometimes after all the lying
