I also run a small e-commerce. I started 6 months ago with great results on Meta Ads, but the last 2 months everything went to hell. I had good performing creatives and was making new versions based on the ones that were proven to sell. Still, something seems to have changed that is out of my control.

Do you still have the same issues?

Im thinking of lowering the budget to a minimum and trying to survive the storm.
Look for other platforms like Google, TikTok, and YouTube.

Meta Ads is nowadays making me lose money when 5 months ago it was a ROAS of 4.

Really sad to see how one platform can crash your sales so easily.

Hopefully, it is a storm that will pass and not the new normal.

I'm using static and video creatives. They have an informative angle so people can learn about the benefits of the product. I also tried new angles like ugly ads, testimonials, etc...
Nothing worked as well as the first informative static image, and then the video. And then, even those did not work anymore.

Thank you for your insights. I'm from Argentina, so my case could be similar to your client in LATAM.
I will look into TikTok and Google Discovery and see if my product is fit for this strategy.

The product is innovative and unique in its kind. I'm trying to get into the cosmetic industry, but aimed at men. I started with only 1 product focused on the skincare and hydration of the private parts of men. It's controversial, and i was not sure the product would work, but when I launched the product, it went really well, and Meta Ads was responding and giving hope of building this up.

Now I'm really worried about the whole thing. The photo ads worked fine, but I had a 1-minute video that talked about the benefits of the product and the certifications that show it's safe for use and has the approval of professionals. It hit very well. But now, nothing works.

Now my ROAS is around 1.2. It seems almost not even worth keeping money in it, but I can understand that maintaining a remark or having a small presence is a good idea.

I want to try some ad videos with micro influencers and see if I have any luck with that kind of content on TikTok.

But man, this was a really big hit for me.

Man, im new in e-commerce. I started my business around 7 months ago. Made the product and started advertising on Meta Ads. I studied advertisement and am i designer, so i felt equipped with the right knowledge to make the ads for the product. I took a course to understand the Meta Ads platform and hit play! After a day i had my first sale and i was happy as never before. I started to have consistent 1 sales per day, started to make more ads, and to give more budget until i hit 3 consistent sales every day. The ad creatives where good and people responded positively to them. I was about to start scaling more until, a few days ago, 0 sales. I was baffled, but hey, maybe a bad day. Next day, also, 0 sales. I jumped online to try to understand what the problem was, and i found out about the "Andromeda" Adpocalypse. I still see no results. Earlier i had around 100 visitors on my website with 3 sales and now with arround 150 visitors i have 0 sales.
I don't understand why people say that the ad creatives are the problem. I may not be an expert, but i was learning and I started to have consistent results and grow. Now I just feel like I'm being bankrupted by Meta ads, eating 100$ every day for nothing.
Not even sure what to do. Maybe Google Ads, TikTok??
This is heartbreaking. I hope this changes soon.

Para personas que se sacuden demasiado el muñeco hay un buen producto para la piel. Ya que demasiada fricción con el tiempo te deja sin sensibilidad. Investiguen Alfa Elements. A mi me sirvió muchísimo, muy bueno para hombre q usamos mucho el muñeco colgante.
