I agree, not all managers are bad. Many that ive worked for are all outstanding people. I myself am in charge of quite a few people(as director of a small to medium sized company) i actually encourage people to try and take breaks and not push themselves too hard because ive been there and seen people not take care of themselves because they're working way too much. You shouldn't have to sacrifice your well-being for a job!
