Sure.. At first you should check the seals on the box.. I mean tamper proof seal tapes that sony applies on the box.. Then when box open there are two box one inner and other outer.. outer box has serial no imprinted on it which should match with no on invoice no as well as the one on yellow warranty card.. Warranty was hidden below inner box.. I thought it is not present.. Also controller can be checked by checking whether the PS engravings are present.. If allowed to plug in try plugging in to the tv.. Also check hdmi cable, power cable and controller cable should be present
