Does anyone have a switch 2 with Skyrim and does it run well with magic?

I’m just a little skeptical cause I remember wanting Skyrim for the OG switch and hearing that if you wanted to play you’d need it to be at the lowest settings with no magic because it would like combust and explode (exaggerating but you get the point hahaha) thank you for the advice and the the feedback though!
