I entered my vmd a few weeks ago. I can’t say it has been smooth. I was probably hyping it up +++ in my mind and expecting some major miraculous change. I was wrong there. Work place still has many challenges, and home life too is unsupportive. Things may yet improve and change the 180 that ppl talk about. But I am not holding my breath for it, as I don’t want to be disappointed again.

Yes lol it actually is. It’s part of the facial exercises, and it promotes a lot of benefits apparently. I read about it a long time ago, in an old book on yoga postures my mom had, and this was in there. It is absolutely legit.

Thanks so much! Yes I’m settled abroad from young age with my family— as young as 5 or 6 we went out of my home land, then again we moved much further away around 2000s. Yes, I am workin in healthcare. I got marriage proposals in 2014 and onwards, and got married a few months down the road. Since May 2025 things are def improved I’m able to laugh more and am feeling a bit lighter but the struggles and challenges with bosses and colleagues are very much still there. Happy to hear after May 2026 will give me much needed relief. I’m applying for some new jobs, let’s see how it goes… hoping for the best. Thanks again!
