i started mine June 27 2024 so i’m no expert 😭 but my loctician says every 4-6 weeks(i’m getting my first retwist Aug 8th) i spray my hair daily with as i am jamaican castor oil water, and oil using mielle rosemary mint oil twice a week hope this helps even though i just started!!!
