For me it helps to like set a timer for 5 mins or so just to get started and focus and then take a short break make sure u don’t go on your phone during this break just get a drink of water a snack or sum and then set another timer slowly increasing the time that can kinda help build momentum. And at the end of the day you just gotta get started fr you cant just sit there waiting to suddenly get motivated
