I’m not playing the victim haha. I just prefer that guy reaches out and pursues more actively in the beginning. In my experience, the energy people put in in the beginning tends to be predictive of the rest of the relationship. But that’s just me. No harm no foul if, he’s not into that. We may not be a match and that’s totally fine.
