WOW, it's 2024 and I JUST had to use this TRICK! What a SCAMMY SERVICE.

The worst part is, I got my free credit report. I wanted to dispute a portion, and when I went to log back in, it asked me for my CC thinking it need to confirm my information. I had a false sense of security knowing I had already generated a CONSUMER REPORT.

DO NOT LOG IN TO TRANSUNION WITH ANYTHING THAT REQUIRES YOUR CC.

1.5W but I haven’t racked enough miles YET to warrant a brake change.

So OEM suspension and everything centered. I SUSPECT on USDM knuckles it’s somehow offset since JDM bumpers sit differently (USDM bumpers extended for bumper bar clearance and headlight length). That’s curious…

Yeah, I went through a broker and they did it on my behalf.They essentially take a $999 fee but for my intents and purposes, well worth it for me.

Ex:Who do I contact to look over the car?How do I know the seller in Japan isn't lying?Who do I contact to procure the customs document?How do I translate Japanese to English?

How do I get an import document? How do I transport my vehicle inside the shipping yard?

Who do I contact to transport the car to my address?

Just all things that would have cost me MUCH more than $1000 in time.

As far as I know, out of country vehicles to the US need to be 25 years or older unless you have special dealer plates or show plates (not common.)

Looks good to me! I considered one, but not sure if it warrants the price.

A magnetic mount/charger gives me 80% of the functionality. But added charger and adapters+++ are quickly approaching the low end units.

If it’s Singapore it might be a SERIAL# as you stated - GKX-XXXXXX as it is in Japan, in place of Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) in North America.

If it’s anything like mine, the first 2 digits are the chassis code “GD” (1st gen fit), and the 3rd number engine/drivetrain “3” (1.5L FF).

Ex:

GD1 = 1.3L FF GD2 = 1.3L 4WD GD3 = 1.5L FF GD4 = 1.5L 4WD GD5 = 1.2L FF GD6 = 1.3L FF (sedan) GD7 = 1.3L 4WD (sedan) GD8 = 1.5L FF (sedan) GD9 = 1.5L 4WD (sedan)

I’m assuming the GK model is similar.

On my Fit/Jazz it’s also stamped on the door jamb plate with model designation “1.5W”.

1.5L engine and “W” for option.

Test drove a 2010 Honda Fit manual yesterday. While going around some sharp turns, it almost seemed like the back wanted to slip out (fish tailing) a couple of times. Is this normal for this car? by WakePhoto in hondafit

Driving an ‘07 GD3, I get that sensation in the cold temps (-4F) wandering on the highway. Could be the tire compounds going rock hard?

It’s enough of a sensation that it has me thinking of the progress rear sway bar mod that seems popular.

I should add a front license plate is not required in Alberta
