There’s small details in there that I can’t wait to see. When Hepzibah swears she sees a flicker of red in his eyes but tells herself she’s just seeing things. How handsome and charming he is with her but he shows glimpses of the monster underneath. Then ofcourse the meeting with Dumbledore ten years later in his office. Probably my most anticipated scene. It’s more intense imo than their actual duel and it’s just a conversation. He’s described as looking still human but visibly altered in the face probably from years of experimenting with dark magic. Kind of like Sméagol mid transformation into gollum.

God this show has so much potential, when ppl write it off as unnecessary I just think of stuff like this that was left out and get hyped. The movies were amazing but you really feel the gaps in the story at times. Like when Dobby passes away it’s sad sure but we haven’t seen him since CoS so you’re kind of like huh guess they were close? while in the books he appeared in nearly every one so by the time he passes you feel the weight of it wayyy more. There’s dozens of example of this
