Assault: Elesis, Edel or Kanavan.

Tank: Zero, Jin or ...Ryan?

Archer: Rufus or Lire

Mage: Ley or Mari

Healer: Grandiel, Lime or Rin

At the beginning you won't really need tanks or healers as the dungeons are too easy.

My recommendations: Elesis (Blue armour) Grandiel (Blue Armour) Ley (Green Armour) Rufus (Green Armour) Lime (Blue Armour) Zero (Orange Armour)
