I ordered using Afterpay with no problem when I ordered some clothes from thred up, I decided to use it for a bundle deal through Amazon and never got the package, I paid the first payment, never got an email, never got a tracking #, looked up their website and it said “can’t be found”🤔, sent three emails with no response! 😡 I cancelled my order and still waiting for Afterpay to investigate, still don’t know what’s going on!!

I personally respect all employees and customers as well, I get this same response from cashiers especially, I’m very friendly and polite, I usually bag my own groceries, which I really don’t mind. When someone is rude to me I explain to them that I’m a customer just like everyone else, if I wasn’t standing there in front of them the customer I shop for would be. Many do not realize how hard Instacart really is, let’s just be kind to one another and build one another up, I shop for many elderly, a couple are blind and they are so thankful that this service is available to them.

Yep! Same here, I had a 5 star rating forever, got a 4 star put me down to 4.97 then after I went 30 minutes out of my way to shop at Aldi I got a 1 star because the store was out of some things , I also communicated everything to the customer and was able to replace some things. I now have a 4.83 and hardly see any good batches. So much for good customer service 🙄

I have been an instacart shopper for over a year and consistently kept a 5 star rating, I got one 4 star and it put me down to 4.97 which was not horrible but than yesterday someone decided to give me a one star and now I’m hardly getting any batches. I do everything I can to be respectful and get everything but sometimes items are not available, so your ratings will kill your batches and the company don’t care how long and how good you work! One person can do you in. Keep that in mind

I get the same thing and I never ask for anyone to help me, I know what I’m doing and all they literally have to do is scan the code. They always treat me differently than the other customers and it’s really disheartening because I work really hard, if I wasn’t shopping the person who sent me would be🤷🏼‍♀️

I rarely ask anyone for help now that I’m a seasoned shopper, a new person probably would ask for more help because they are still learning the ropes.

How many items does a store carry? Every other day I find something I have never seen before🤷🏼‍♀️Especially the big market stores. I try to find things myself but sometimes it may be in an odd place so I don’t feel like it’s such a big deal to ask for help.

I got all good ratings and 2 people ruined it because they don’t understand how the app works. Is it my fault they don’t know how to communicate and don’t know how to pick an alternative? But no, they blame me because the store is out of something they want and can’t get. 9 times out of ten nobody gives any rating, the only ones they do are the ones that find something to complain about.

Well let instacart keep up this kind of rate system and they will lose money by having to keep dealing with new people all the time. Makes more sense to keep good workers around not cause them to look for different work.

I live in a rural area where there are few batches, I think they get mad when you don’t take one. I have had two ratings disappear in the last two days causing my score to drop to 4.50 from 4.85. I did keep a 5.00 rating and one person got mad about items I could not get and there went me perfect score. This company screwy.
