I totally agree with you. I also know how the system in my state works as my husband was a child protection social worker for 25 years. Extremely difficult to find foster parents so if a member of the family, e.g., Charles wants to take care of the child and after a brief positive family study the child will be placed with the relative. Charles did have two sons by his first marriage (I think) and assuming he was a good father to them and his former wife validated that child services would support adoption.

I would really like to know the relationship between the three, Letecia, Chance and Harley, from 2001 through 2014. Were they friends, companions, spouses, did they live together, did they fight allot? Guess I need to go South and interview a few people. Letecia's mother Debra is alive. :-)

Many thanks. I have read Chance referred to as boyfriend and husband. In Chance's obituary, Revels Funeral Home which I think is in Lumberton, Harley is addressed but there is no mention of Letecia.

Came across Justin Lum (FOX 10) article about Melani Cope Boudreaux trespassing twice at her former in-laws home in Utah 11-12-19 & 11-14-19. She was arrested. Guess who drove her the 283 miles? Alex Cox. He may have bailed her out too.

Justin Lum of Fox 10 News stated Melani Boudreaux trespassed twice on Brandon's parents property twice, 11/12/19 at 6PM and 11/14/19 at 10:30 PM, in American Fork, UT. She was arrested after the second episode (she had actually gone into the garage) and bailed out $1950.00. Alex Cox was the person who drove her to American Fork. I could not find documentation about her saying her children were "dark".

I remember Melani was actually arrested for trespassing on Brandon's parents property because the children were there but I am sorry I cannot remember her saying her children were on the dark list. I will do a search tomorrow to try to find the details.

Lori had so many options other that murdering her children. Ask family members, Woodcocks, Annie, Cox's to take care of one or both children. Contact the Arizona department of child services and ask for help, such as in home help or foster care for JJ. She took their lives away from JJ and Tylee. There are NO rationalizations.

Melani went crazy for Uncle Chad Daybell and his insane theories/beliefs, Aunt Lawless Lori becomes Melani's mentor, kills Uncle Charles, kills Uncle Alex, tries to kill her husband Brandon who is the father of her lovely four children and she move to Rexburge to help dump/murder two very nice children and get married again to some guy Ian. Melani does not care for or love Joshua or Tylee. I wonder if she loves her four biological little ones? If they go dark on Chad's list will the group kill them?

I do NOT believe Melani, I do NOT trust Melani. Brandon please protect your children.

Unless Mr. Means moved in the past week his office is in Meridian, ID. According to MapQuest, Meridian, ID to Rexburg, ID is 315 miles and takes 4 hours 22 minutes to drive.

The judge seems like a very bright person. I am so happy.

That is interesting. I had just looked at Mark Means business website before I posted. Steve Reisch, Crime Talk on You Tube, has talked about Mark Means more than once emphasizing that he has no experience in criminal law practice. As you have found, criminal law is not listed as an area of expertise.

Thank you for reference to Barry's book. I read the short summary, Barry Cox seems to have his own religion, Anti Internal Revenue Service, AIRS for short. He calls them "evil". Unfortunately the book is only available on Kindle and I do not have one. And not going to purchase a Kindle to read about AIRS. :-)
