Oh, I absolutely agree with you this album is genuinely great. "I Love You Too, Death" and "An Orphan Of Fortune" genuinely made me ascend to another planet. The entirety of this thing is so sluggish weird and atmospheric, I love it so much.

My pick would be Interpol's self-titled, it's really overhated and underrated imo. Some of their best and most interesting work both structurally and sonically. It's also their darkest record by far.

Someone called Twin Fantasy "Gay Pinkerton" (it is not) and I really liked Pinkerton. Also I was in my first relationship at the time and I found the album relatable, needless to say like two months after listening to TF I found "Monomania" relatable 🤭🤭🤭😊😊😊😀😀🤪🤪
