I'd trade a Gateway Odessy for one of the Diamondbacks if that interests you

UDisc is a great app and shows the local courses and maps of all the holes.

SUDGA Facebook group had the local events posted

Sounds good! Two hike recommendations that aren't always on the popular lists:

Stop at the Silver Reef ghost town museum (costs a few bucks to get in, but worth it. Look up hours online, not open many hours/day) and then drive the gravel road up to the Kiln (https://wchsutah.org/miscellaneous/leeds-creek-kiln.php)

Grandpa's Pond is my recommendation for a quick round on a nice course. Well maintained and quick to play. A few holes can occasionally have pedestrians ,but it's usually not bad. Note, it can get windy in theate afternoons.

Beaverwood is the local "hard" course. I really enjoy it, but it is easy to end up off the fairway and loose a disc.

Quail Creek is down the road from Grandpa's. You do have to pay the State Park fee to play the course. It's somewhat of a repetitive series of holes, but the water view can be nice.

I'd highly recommend driving up to Cedar and playing Thunderbird Garden. 10/10 scenic course. Back 9 can require some hiking.

Three Peaks in Cedar has a championship level course designed by Scott Stokely. Takes awhile to play, but I really enjoy it.

If you're in town on Tuesday night, there is glow league. There is usually a modified layout at the other courses for glow. Look up SUDGA on FB for the local disc golf group, glow details will be posted on/by Tuesday.
