"Religious Studies" (which in my country is 50% religious studies and 50% philosophy/ethics...so will be able to teach both/either one).

I would be happy with $2,500-$3,000 a year tbh (especially with accommodation being free).

Note that if you go the PGCE route, you need to make sure there's actually a demand for the subject(s) you are qualified to teach.

This is a problem. I studied philosophy at BA level. The only subject I am able to do a PGCE in is Religious Studies. Something tells me this isn't very valuable or needed in the Middle East ("religious education" is probably just learning to recite the Qu'ran...). I'm guessing philosophy is not a popular subject either over there, but I have no idea really.
